Featuring a large wrap around screened porch, this resort getaway's main level offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full bathroom (accessible from the living room and bedroom 2) and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 4 Smart TVs, 3 DVDs, Keurig, book & DVD library, iPod docking station, Wifi. Notes: Fireplace is not available for guest use.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony.
