    Walk to Sea Colony's newly renovated and expanded fitness center (with indoor AND outdoor pool) from this freshly painted and updated two-story 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome, featuring new mattresses, bedding and furniture in all of the bedrooms (each with its own TV). New living room and dining furniture too! Private screened deck, patio, cozy gas fireplace and more. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more.  4 TVs (all flat-screens), 3 Blu-rays, gas fireplace, electric grill, beach chairs, Wifi. Notes: Garage is available for the storage of items such as bicycles, golf clubs, fishing gear, beach garb, etc. Vehicles however, are not permitted. Driveway accommodates one car. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Fantastic house

We had a magnificent time on our recent stay. All seven of us (4adults and 3 kids) slept comfortably. The house is exceptionally well stocked with kitchenware and dishes, beach supplies, and even travel soaps and shampoos. Our little ones loved greeting “Jerry Lee”, the butler statue, whenever we came in the door and gave him a kiss goodbye when we left. The location is perfect for a family with kids. Easy walking to the fitness center, playground, splash pad, and tram pick-up point. We fully intend to book again.

Beautiful property accomodated 6 adults comfortably. The nicest property we've stayed at in the tennis community. Well stocked with amenities and very clean. The omly caveat is the beds were a bit hard, otherwise wonderful..

Family Tradition at Sea Colony

Been coming to Sea Colony since 1985. This was definitely one of the nicest units we have rented. Very nicely furnished and equipped. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Our family loved this comfortable, well appointed and well stocked home overlooking the lake. It is in a great location near the fitness center and aquatic center and close to a tram stop. The tennis players in the family felt it was an easy walk to the tennis center. This is the unit we want to rent whenever we return to Sea Colony.

LOVE THIS HOME

This was our third year staying in this condo and we love it. We just booked again for next year. I was always skeptical about staying at Sea Colony after staying in town by the beach. This condo changed my mind. It is so well cared for, steps from the fitness center, beach, and the best pool in Sea Colony, plus a bike ride away from tennis facility and town. The owners care a lot about people having a nice stay and feeling welcome, and it shows and it matters. Our children (11, 14, 15) also love it.
