"Very clean and neat. Quite, Beds were very comfy, plenty of pillows. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I would mention and it's petty, a clock would be nice, and I did say it's petty."

"Lovely bed and breakfast in Bethel. The owner/host John met us on arrival and went into great detail about everything we might need to know about the house and our room. It's a very charming old house, filled with antiques and interesting pieces, and clearly loved and taken care of. The room was very comfortable, Breakfast was fresh made and delicious, and they made a special breakfast for my husband to accommodate his dairy allergy. All around lovely experience."

"Everyone on our family group was surprised with the freshing and clean conditions that we found as arriving. Having a bathroom in each level was a big plus,cause we were there for a wedding and was very practical. Two living rooms with tvs helped us to pick and choose,and the bright kitchen were we sat around very spacious. I have to thank so much to Emiliano for this opportunity for staying at his house close to business, restaurants and much more.we wish them all the prosperity and if we have a chance to go back defenly we will reach them again.I recommend this beautiful house to anyone who is looking for a comfortable,quiet and town center location."

"The condo is about 12-15 minutes from Sunday River -- very convenient. It is well stocked and had everything we needed. Our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the kitchen which had nice pots and pans. We would highly recommend this condo."

"The house was fantastic; lots of nice touches to make our stay enjoyable - the kitchen had everything we needed, there were plenty of board games, and the arcade game and basketball game were a huge hit with the kids. The house was spacious and our family of 9 had plenty of room to spread out. Everything was nice and clean, with all of the amenities of home. The main living area was beautiful, and the views were lovely with the fall colors. We loved the house and hope to come back again. We found lots to do in Bethel - rode the lift up to the top of Sunday River, explored Grafton Notch State Park, and visited the Maine Mineral Museum. "
