"Room and staff were excellent. We moved our car from front to back of property on advice of staff because cars have apparently been vandalised at front of property recently. This made area feel a little unsafe. Staff were superb and helped us with Saturday parking arrangements etc Breakfast was very good but a little expensive although we have no comparison for this in the area - much better value for money than Premiere Classe breakfast which we had recently in same town."

Their professionalism was evident and truly set the tone for my visit. My room was clean and inviting, with a cozy bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The only small issue I encountered was that the cleaning lady did not leave extra towels in the room. Having additional towels would have been convenient after a long day of sightseeing. Nevertheless, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise flawless experience. One of the standout features of the hotel was its exceptional art and décor. The thoughtfully designed interiors added to the overall ambiance, making my stay even more enjoyable. In summary, I highly recommend the Radisson in Reims to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. The attentive staff and high standards of cleanliness make this hotel an outstanding choice for travelers. "
