If more than four people are staying, there is ample space for 4 additional people with the beds provided for additional fees . Also, you can request two more blowup beds for additional people as well for additional fees. This welcoming retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of 2.5 bathrooms with 2 showers and hair dryer provided. Experience the magic of Bethesda Maryland which is just 15 minutes from downtown Washington DC, the nations capital.We are located minutes from the capital beltway. Parking in front for four vehicles. Relax on your private master bedroom deck or patio on first floor by kitchen, family room. This is two houses in one with a lockout unit. No access except from front door owner occupied rear of home.
