  • Located only 1/4 of a mile from the downtown Rockville Metro, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath renovated colonial-style single family home sporting hardwood floors, updated kitchen and baths boasts a gorgeous fenced in yard with 2-tiered deck and spacious accommodations all in walking distance to Rockville Town Center, the Rockville Courthouse, restaurants and shops. Just seconds to I-495, I-270, Pike & Rose, it's only 25 minutes by car or by metro to downtown DC! Central air conditioning, gas heat off-street parking, washer & dryer are all included. There are sidewalks and parks within walking distance of this wonderful home. Bringing in a dog? Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. A $150 non refundable pet fee is required and a copy of their vaccination certificate. Each additional dog requires an additional fee. Please inquire for more details.
