"Having stayed at other Tapestry Collection hotels, this one was a little disappointing. The bathroom was standard, small, poor lighting, no magnifier mirror. Mirror surround was flaking paint. Overall lighting in both the room and whole hotel is poor—it’s very dark in hallways. Waited about 20 minutes to check in because only one clerk on duty at 3pm, which is check in time. Didn’t use restaurant, but little efficiency shop didn’t carry yogurt or Diet Coke, which was disappointing. There is a Trader Joe’s about a block away which is convenient. Location of hotel is convenient. About 10 minute walk to Metro. About 15 minute walk to Bethesda Row. Didn’t use $40/day parking which is crazy. Lots of Spot Hero options close by."
