Great location!

Great building with wonderful amenities! Unfortunately, the beds are VERY HARD and uncomfortable. We went home with major backaches. If the property manager upgraded the beds the stay would be a 10/10!

Wonderful stay in lovely, modern apartment in fun Bethesda Woodmont district

Our family of four and small dog had a wonderful stay in this VRBO. The team does an excellent job of communicating and was very responsive to questions. We really enjoyed the two bedroom unit with a lovely view and a great kitchen. The property was extremely pet-friendly, and we met many of our neighbors with pets. We also took advantage of the gym and paid extra for underground parking which was convenient. Just a block away are many great restaurant options, and 3 blocks away is a nice grocery store. We will recommend this to others who need a short-term, furnished accommodation, and would definitely stay here again.

Ok condo with cheap furniture

The apartment was ok, not luxurious as they advertise, the furniture was cheap, my kids weight about 30 and 40 lbs each and the bed broke twice, they sent someone to fix it and it broke again, the chairs were about to break also, and we are not heavy people, we are actually very thin. The bed comfort smelled, so I'm sure it wasn't washed prior our arrival. The location was nice, but you had to pay for parking, it was not included, i do not recommend this place.

Great Bethesda Location

This is a great place to stay in Bethesda. The location is close to tons of restaurants and you're just a short walk to the Metro and shopping on Bethesda Ave. The apartment was nice and clean and the concierge was very friendly. The gym is very nice as well. The mattresses were a little hard!! But besides that, we were very happy with our stay.

Poor customer service

The property was beautiful but I don’t know that I would use global luxury again. I received emails and texts from different people. It was confusing. When I requested late check out, One said late check out was not available and then another said it was . They overcharged me for the late check out, more than what was quoted, and when I brought this to their attention they simply said they would send the receipt. They did not hear what I was saying or offer to look into it for me. I had to pursue them. Multiple emails and calls later they acknowledge their mistake, apologized and credited my credit card. I feel this was extremely poor management and customer service.

Very comfortable and upscale apartment

Very clean and well-furnished. Good kitchen and comfortable beds. The pictures are a good representation. We had four people and were comfortable on space.
