"I woudo have given this property a 5 star rating except for some key factors. We arrived in the dark and the light in the hallway did not work, therefore we entered into a dark apt. There was a step down into the living room. 2 out of the 4 adults stumbled- 1 fell- almost landing into the stone hearth. A very dangerous situation. "My boyfriend and I had a fantastic 3 day stay here. Quiet, comfortable, and clean, great location. Jerry was very welcoming and had great communication. 1000/10 absolutely would recommend! Other reviews had mentioned humidity issues; we did not experience this at all, especially turning the minisplit to "dry" setting for a bit. Could not have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"I booked a cabin to celebrate Valentine's day with my partner. We are very happy about this decision: the place was clean, the staff was responsive (checking with us via text if there was anything needed), and we had a great view on the river (perfect for a romantic night). The cabin is well located (close to the ice castles, loon mountain and main hiking trails). There is also a very cute coffee shop near the cabins. Highly recommended!"

"Very cozy and clean. Everything seemed new and well taken care of. The gas fireplace was a nice extra touch, we used it every morning while we had coffee & breakfast. Location is very convenient, close to downtown North Conway and many restaurants. Wifi was a bit sluggish, but we were not looking for a "workcation" so we didn’t mind. Great weekend getaway location for a couple!"

"The property worked perfectly for our family trip with the grandkids. Location is great for Santas Village and Storyland. The facility had great pools and game room. There are row boats and a petting area for the kids too. Our unit was very clean and well equipped with our kitchen needs. Lots of puzzles and books for the kids . The owners communicated with us to make sure our needs were met. Would stay here again next year!!"

"My bride and I had a fantastic stay! Great location and very responsive/accommodating owner. The town is just a 2 minute walk to shops, a variety of restaurants and a couple of excellent breweries. The neighborhood is friendly. There is a covered bridge and walking path along the river where people jog, walk and explore. Franconia Notch State Park is close by and offers trails for hikers of all levels. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Littleton."

"This was just an overnight stay to.break up the travel time to our destination. While the house was updated and had plenty of room, we found nail clippings on the floor of one of the bedrooms, the dining table had not been washed off with dried food, and we caught one of our dogs eating a plastic bag that was under a bed. The house itself was good, location convenient, however the cleaning could have been better."
