  • This charming single-family, 4-bedroom, 1.5-bath Downtown Bethlehem home—located within the Avenues and just a short walk to Main Street—offers classic character, spacious interiors, and inviting outdoor living. The first floor features a formal living room, formal dining room, half bath, dedicated study, laundry room, and a large kitchen with generous prep space that is fully stocked with cooking tools and essentials. All four bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the second floor, providing privacy and a comfortable sleeping layout. Outside, guests can enjoy a landscaped, fully fenced yard with multi-level paver patios and conversation seating beneath a pergola canopied in wisteria, along with a separate smaller fenced section that can be used to safely separate a small dog if needed. This walkable, standalone home is ideal for guests looking to enjoy Bethlehem’s downtown while still having private indoor and outdoor space to relax. The House is located across from a wooded tree section of town, if seeing an occasional spider or bug indoors upsets you, this would not be the home to book.
