"Great location, big room with big balcony and big bathroom, comfortable bed, close to walk to the beach, the beach is beautiful, clean, water was the best, but it was better to get the place at the beach early until it's occupied. The food was mediocre and no basically options of meat, you place yourself at the buffet restaurant and quite often it takes a lot of time to find a table and to find forks and knives, the alcohol was always diluted and not tasty. "The property is fun and full of activities for adults and children. Management is willing to listen to your concerns and support you if you have any issues, specially Ibrahim from guest relations. The SPA is also worth visiting, they are cool and professional, and George will be happy to help. The food options are very good and there is a lot of varieties. "If you love staying with insects and sleeping in a dirty place go there. I would pay not to stay there let alone paying for staying there. I have been scammed. Also the host is a dangerous person. Watch out not to be stabbed or killed. This is not a hotel this is a torture. Guaranteed to regret . Try it for yourself. I only could stay 30 minutes then i checked out. Of course the so-called host didnt give my money back."

"Fabulous reception, fabulous guest desk service, they have team it's special for the guest requests upon you chick in the team already create a group on WhatsApp and any updates any attraction any system change any request will be on this WhatsApp so if you need anything you just send a message and it's like a magic it's happening, about the food you have the main restaurant and it's a huge one and they have a lot of restaurants with many cuisines and they have wonderful seafood I absolutely recommend this restaurant for the children sports and the children swimming and the children water parks they have a lot of things I think you need 100 days to finish the hotel Thanks to all workers"
