D apparence joli le logement comporte de nombreux dysfonctionnements, fuite chasse d eau, fenêtre non verrouillable, moisissures, 1 seul oreiller, pendule cassée, pas d eclairage entrée, bouquet final pas possible d obtenir une facture ni d abritel ni du proprio, très déçu, à ce prix il existe beaucoup mieux au cap.

Très bien

La photo mise en avant dans l'annonce est un peu trompeuse. L'appartement est situé au premier étage d'un petit immeuble et du coup n'a pas vraiment d'accès direct à la plage. Il faut sortir de la résidence et la plage est à quelques mètres. En revanche, la vue de la terrasse sur la plage et la mer est super et sans vis à vis. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et la déco est sympa. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour au calme.

Wir hatten zu viert eine tolle Woche in sehr schönem, strandnahen (1 Min.) Apartment mit aller Ausstattung, die man sich wünscht. Klima, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffee-Padmaschine etc. Gerne wieder 👍

Sehr schöne Lage.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren 14 tägigen Urlaub. Der Kontakt mit Carol war völlig unkompliziert, der Checkin und Checkout war flexibel und völlig problemlos. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr gute Lage mit Blick zum Meer, ein paar Schritte bis zum Strand. Zu Fuss konnte man das Zentrum mit den vielen Restaurants und Geschäften von Cap d'Agde gut erreichen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber und seiner Vertretung vor Ort.

Quelques détails à revoir

Très bon emplacement, au pied de la plage et de quelques petits commerces. Aspirateur à changer (très bas de gamme, n’a pas la force d’aspirer le sable), vaisselle sale à l’arrivée, filtre du lave vaisselle avec des résidus de nourritures, terrasse très sale … Attention : lit dans la chambre adulte avec 2 matelas de 80cm donc prévoir un drap de 160cm et non de 140cm comme stipulé dans le document fourni par le propriétaire.

Beautiful, relaxing Vacation

We had great time in Mattheus loveleys and very clean Appartement .Enjoyed the nice view from the Patio for breakfast and dinner where the electric sunblind came in handy. And the air condictioning worked great. Beautiful beach area and an easy 20 min walk to the Cap. Carol helps with the check in/out. Very nice and friendly, always to reach by phone. Definetely recommend this place. Definitaly recommend this place.
