About this property

Enjoy the south of France

  • Our cozy, newly renovated apartment in the middle of an old town house in Marseillan, away from mass tourism and yet only 5 minutes by car to the sea, is at your disposal! The village is a pretty fishing village on the Etang de Thau, right on the Canal du Midi, where you can enjoy fresh mussels. The region invites you to a variety of activities, city sightseeing, mountain hikes, horseback riding, amusement parks, archaeological excavations or just lounging on the sandy beach and sea.

    There is also the possibility of private French lessons and diving lessons. We are happy to make contact.

    The apartment on the 1st floor has a kitchen with living room, two bedrooms. It is ideal for 4 people, but also has space for 5 people on the sofa bed in the parlor.
    As well as a garage for 1 car (in consultation with the tenants on the 2nd floor). It is perfect for families or two couples. If you come with more guests, there is also the possibility to rent the whole house or our second loft apartment with a roof terrace seat. There is space for 8-10 people in both apartments. 4-5 per apartment.
