There is a key locker at each entrance door (self-check-in is possible, please contact the person responsible for the keys before arrival). The house has been completely renovated. A very good base for exploring the area on foot or by bike. Single-family house "U Prababci Olgi", built in 1914, renovated in 2012. In a quiet, elevated position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, located by a road, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'400 m2, large garden 200 m2 flowers, meadow 800 m2. Terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house on the premises. Shop, grocery 500 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 1 km. Riding stable, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 500 m, children's playground 1.5 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Kalina", 2-room apartment. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: 1 room 14 m2 with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV. 1 room 12 m2 with 1 sofabed (80 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (1 induction hot plates, microwave). Shower/WC. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Apartment PL1723.300.2 and PL1723.300.3 are located on the same plot (they can be rented as a whole: house PL1723.300.2).
