Still fine but getting worse
I have been here several times throughout years. Basically this is a good and clean hotel and the location is good. Breakfast used to be free, or at least it was included in the prize. Now you have to pay it separately. Underground parking used to be free, but now you have to pay also that separately. Too much hassle in the reception asking about these, and why the client has to be active asking about these? I asked for the receipt for paying breakfast and parking, but didn’t get any. Maybe I should have paid it with card.

Hotel attached to a shopping mall in good location. Just a short walk to the palace and the old market square. Helpful staff and yummy brekkie. Bright comfy and spacious room. Overall great weekend getaway to Podlachia. :)

Check-in was very welcoming, room small but well organized. My only complaint is that the bed was hard. But it's Europe and mostly they are. Pillow tops still not catching on! Room service was prompt and the dinner (pasta) was fine. Good value in a good location.

Very Basic Hotel, Good Location
We stayed because this hotel had a rating of 9/10. But it was barely a step above Motel 6. Few amenities. There was NO...alarm clock, iron/ironing board, closet, refrigerator, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, kettle, coffee, and ONE chair for two people to enjoy the room! Coffee was available in the lobby for 5 zloty. The fitness center was a joke, as it was tiny and barely useful. On the plus side, the room was clean, the hotel is in a good location for exploring the palace, market square, and cathedral. Also, it is connected to the galeria, if you need to pick up necessities or get a meal without going outside. Breakfast was very basic, but they did have a waffle machine. Staff was gruff. It all reminded us of a college dorm room...it might be okay for people used to hostels, but not for older people used to a nice hotel room.

Great stay at the Ibis. Staff were welcoming and our room was ready earlier. Hotel is connected to big shopping mall so you don’t get cold going outside. Our room was very quiet in comparison to the previous night in another hotel which was very noisy. We checked out early to catch a train and they provided us with a lunch box which was very nice thank you.

Best option in Bialystok
Very good quality of the service for a reasonable price. After having multiple experiences with hotels and apartments in Bialystok, we have tried Ibis and have continued booking it ever since. Perfectly located, very clean and comfortable, providing all necessary facilities. The staff is always helpful. No need to look any further.

Top in Bialystok
After having experience with multiple hotels and apartments in Białystok, we always now at Ibis. It is very clean, comfortable, very well located and it offers all the facilities one would need for a comfortable stay. The staff is helpful and open. No need to look furter if you plan to stay in Białystok.

Hotel clean, modern. Part of new shopping center. Parking free in center lot & safe. Free breakfast excellent. Staff helpful & very eager to help you. Bed very comfortable 2 issues Americans need to know. Glass on shower only covers half of the stall. You have to bend your body to avoid water going onto the wall & dripping onto the main bathroom floor. The floor of the shower is the same level as the bathroom floor. Drain in shower poor. Excess water goes onto main bathroom floor. Do not put your clothes on the floor. Telephone does NOT allow you to make any calls outside the hotel, not even local ones. To call anyone, you will need to use your cell phone. Hotel & all of Bialystok VERY safe.No worry about crime. Lots of people walking, biking, rollerblading, skateboarding, driving cars all over at all hours of the night. Be very careful if you walk, drive, bicycle anywhere. Traffic laws of any kind do not seem to exist. You can get hit anywhere, anytime, from any direction by another car, a biker, roller blader. Cars have the right of way, NOT pedestrians. People park their cars by driving them diagonally right up onto the sidewalk. Parking your car inside the center of the city is impossible. It is like driving in downtown Manhattan in the daytime except with no laws. The hotel staff is very friendly & helpful. Very busy and chaotic place but friendly people & much safer than any city in the USA.

The suite was clean and spacious, the daily change of towels. There is no possibility to adjust the air conditioning. Unlocked only after the visit of the mneneger. Similarly, the sauna due to savings, the maximum temperature is 156 F. Higher temperature is impossible to set. Breakfast typical for Ibiss. However, half an hour before the end, the service does not complete the buffet anymore. If you want to use the full buffet, you must come earlier.

ok if you stay for a couple of days
Our stay was ok, a couple of things could be better - like breakfast (poor selection of food, no porridge, no bacon, just omlette and cereal) and it would be nice to have slippers in the room since the floor is cold. It was nice that we could change the temperature in the room ourselves. Our room had a strange lock - in order for the door to lock we had to close it really hard.
