"This place offers stunning views over the landscapes below Etna. The rooms feel luxurious, clean, modern and you can tell they thought of every detail in the room. We only stayed one night which was not enough, next time we are staying way longer. This place is great if you want quiet luxury and a base to explore Catania and the many winieries around Etna. A place to take it slow and enjoy the views and the food."

"What an incredible place! Situated just beneath the city of Paterno but in the beautiful and quiet country you have an amazing view of the Etna. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean.The food is just delicious (try the pesce spada) and Signora Maria is the kind soul of the place. I will return!"

"Our stay at Koru was nothing short of exceptional. The lodge was comfortable, spotless and equipped with all amenities (even a heater and a/c). Breakfast was served at the lodge every morning, and we had a wide variety of food, all cooked and prepared to perfection. We loved having a hot tub just outside the lodge, with a beautiful view, surrounded by olive trees and flowers. We truly felt like we were in our own little heaven. "VeLinda and Antonio were great hosts. We were late getting to the house and VeLinda had a cake ready for us. We were given good insite as to what there was to do that was local. This is off the beaten path, in a nice quiet location."

"We booked a last minute trip and were treated like royalty. They went out if there way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The food was magnificent. The beds are firm, and there is no ac during dinner, but otherwise i would highly recommend. Claudio is fantastic "
