THE AMBIENCE
COCOON is a recently renovated town house. With its colorful and patterned decoration it’s a sumptuous blend of exotic and bohemian styles. This lovely house will directly make you feel like in a cozy cocoon. Even better: its ideal location just a couple minutes away from the Mediatheque and Avenue de Verdun neighborhoods will give you a chance to enjoy Biarritz by foot: city life, beach, shopping or relaxing in the nice private terrace surrounded by plants.
THE HOUSE
You directly enter through a beautiful equipped kitchen with a high table opening up to a spacious living room. This one has a comfortable couch and armchair. A true call to relaxation: whether reading a nice book or watching a movie with the family…
THE SLEEPING AREA
Both bedrooms are located in the back of the house and communicate with the hallway leading outside. The parental bedroom has a comfortable double bed and offers lots of storage. The kids’ bedroom features bunk beds and a big cupboard. Both rooms share one shower room located on the other side of the living room.
WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE
COCOON is a very functional house. It has a quiet location and is just a couple steps away from Biarritz's city center. The practical side : a washing machine and dryer + free Wi-Fi connection.

What we love the most? The outdoor spaces COCOON has to offer : a “patio” kind of terrace entirely surrounded by plants and trees.
Neighborhood
COCOON is located a few steps away from the “Mediatheque” (library) and from the main street Avenue de Verdun. This neighborhood is ideal to enjoy the peace and quiet while being close to all the delicious restaurants of the surroundings. You are just 8 minutes away by foot from the main beach “Grande Plage” and 12 minutes from the local market “Les Halles”.
