Great location and friendly staff. The room was updated and comfortable, and it’s a very short walk to the beach, as well as shopping and restaurants super close. There were plenty of options at the included breakfast buffet.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were all extremely helpful. The rooms were a good size and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. I couldn’t fault the hotel at all and would stay again if I was in Biarritz.

Perfect position

Great hotel for short stay. Definitely worth the upgrade to a sea facing room. We were very glad the air conditioning was so efficient

Excellent location to the main beach downtown just behind the casino. Good parking (under casino) nearby which is not obvious in Biarritz. Hotel a bit dated but friendly and attentive team

We were in room 107, which was below reception. Both nights (ALL night) were extremely noisy, between footsteps, doors slamming, carts rolling etc, we had NO sleep from 2:30am onwards. We tried a noise app the second night but it did not help. The hotel was lovely otherwise, so I would still recommend, but do not accept rooms 106 or 107.

The hotel management repeatedly went out of its way for us. Wonderful place and great location overlooking the sea and in the middle of the best part of the city.

The hotel has a great location, literally metres from the beach and the rooms my friend and I had were very clean, comfortable, stylishly furnished and had wonderful ocean views. Unfortunately my friend was unable to access the wifi in her room, although I had no problem.

Great ocean view spot

Enjoyed my stay here. The room (403) has an amazing view of the ocean, Grande Beach and the promenade. Location is excellent for town too. Room is small but was traveling alone so was fine. The shower is the middle of room, which was odd but interesting. Hotel staff were excellent as well. Included breakfast, which wasn’t fancy but was fine and had freshly squeezed juices and variety of breads. The spaces in the property are on small side overall, and you can hear a little walking around upstairs. But I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is very clean and excellent location , Breakfast is good, fresh food and amazing orange juice . We booked a comfort room which was very small indeed , it was clean, comfortable bed , but the poor view, bad aircon and small room marked my stay down . Value for money, its fine , but if staying longer pay for a bigger room

Pleasant experience throughout

Pleasant throughout. Well mannered staff. Treated our dog as an equally valid guest. Staff were attentive at all times. Whoever was on duty at 21.30 last night was a complete gem. Breakfast is a feast of choice and flavour. A treat.

Good service and lovely staff. Great breakfast. But poor design of rooms. The bed was very comfortable but the room size and bathroom were too small. Shower leaked a lot into the bathroom vanity area and as for services, there was no iron, no milk, and not enough hanging space and no hooks to hang wet swimwear. Also no beach towells were provided.

It is always unpleasant to leave a very negative review, but this hotel really deserves it. The four stars are totally fake. It deserves two stars. Standard rooms are horrible, old and unpresentable. It feels like being in a hospital. The internal view is embarrassing, but they only have three rooms looking at the ocean at each floor. Everything is old and obsolete. Non-existent soundproofing. Shameful floors. This hotel needs to be closed and renovated. The only positive things are the location and the kind staff. Do not choose this hotel.
