Le studio est bien agencé La cuisine est très fonctionnelle Le seul bémol il manque de luminosité car donne sur une toute petite cour intérieure C'est plus un studio à louer l'été que l'hiver car c'est assez sportif par grand vent pour monter jusqu'à la résidence mais l'emplacement de la résidence est superbe mer avec les montagnes au fond. La gardienne de l'immeuble est très aimable et serviable de même que les propriétaires très à l'écoute de leurs locataires.

Semaine très agréable à Biarritz.
Logement propre, très bien équipé, parfaitement situé, dont le seul défaut est un vrai manque de luminosité. Mais c'est une invitation à passer plus de temps à découvrir les environs ! Les hôtes sont arrangeant et sauront vous conseiller sur la ville. Je recommande.

Inmejorable ubicación
Salir del portal y tener la playa delante. En 100m estar callejeando por Biarritz. Ubicación ideal para disfrutar de Biarritz sin necesidad de coger coche ni transporte alguno. Me desplacé a Biarritz en autobús porque circular y aparcar en Biarritz es complicado. Me alegro de mi decisión porque desde este estudio no es necesario el coche para nada. La cala de puerto viejo delante de casa. La playa grande a 5 minutos andando. Todo el casco viejo a 100m. Ubicación ideal. Los dueños superamables. El estudio es como se ve en el anuncio. No tiene vistas y por eso es más barato. Tiene una ventana que da a un patio interior y es suficiente para ventilar. Tiene una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama. Si van 4 adultos probablemente estén un poco prietos. Ideal para una pareja, incluso para una pareja con un hijo. Yo fui solo con mi hija y estuvimos estupendamente. La cocina está lo suficientemente equipada para cocinar cualquier cosa. Además en estas fechas (mediados de julio) se ve atardecer en el mar. En fin, para mí y para mi hija han sido unos días inolvidables.

La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, proprio sopra la Cote des Basques e la spiaggetta di Port Vieux, ma anche a due passi dal centro pedonale di Biarritz. Tutte le zone centrali sono facilmente raggiugibili a piedi: Rocher de la Vierge, Grand Plage, Rue Gambetta, Les Halles... Gli spazi sono ben studiati e in 3 si sta bene. Completo di elettrodomestici e WiFi, peccato per alcuni mobili un po' troppo datati che effettivamente giustificano il prezzo non eccessivo per una settimana. La pulizia del locale era nella norma, non particolarmente accurata. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e gentile. Per chi dispone di tavole da surf esiste una rimessa a piano terra con porta chiusa accessibile utilizzando un codice.

Très bon produit
Superbe emplacement proche plage familiale sans vagues et à 100 mètres rue piétonne et centre ville. Résidence de haut standing avec gardienne et 2 ascenseurs. Appartement fonctionnel bien équipé avec beaucoup de vaisselle et cuisine bien équipée. Wifi excellente. Propriétaires très avenants qui se proposent de vous raccompagner à la gare ou à l'aéroport. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Super endroit avec très gentil propriétaire qui m'a cherché et déposé à la gare.
Très bien placé, juste à coté de la côte des Basques. Endroit pour planche de surf à la cave aussi! Cuisine très bien équipée et confortable. J'ai beaucoup aimé!
