Traditional Basque house on two levels, loggia and sofa corner in front, Huge Jacuzzi, wooden terrace, plancha overlooking garden at the back. Facing south and west, very sunny. Completely renovated in a contemporary spirit. Located in the Saint Charles district (5 mm from the Miramar beach, the Lighthouse Golf and the BAR Kostaldea overlooking the beach of the Chambre d'Amour) in the center of a quiet and private dead end, parking in front of the house (2 cars ).
The house consists of a large double living communicating with kitchen,
and a dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom shower and bath, on the ground floor. Upstairs, mezzanine opening onto 1 bedroom with shower, and 1 bedroom dormitory, between the two rooms sofa TV lounge DVD player video games, plus a relaxation area in a Moroccan spirit.

Super séjour, maison très agréable à vivre, très joliment décorée, propre, grande, jacuzzi très agréable, et idéalement placée! Notre hôte était charmant, très bonne Acceuil, et très réactif. Bref…. Nous reviendrons!

prix surévalué par rapport à la prestation (même si cela tombé la semaine du 15/08) finition à revoir (cuisine) revoir la literie du bas frigidaire ne fait pas du froid + odeurs désagréable Porte entrée de la propriété ne fermait pas

Propriétaires tres accommodants et réactifs quand il y a eu besoin. Seule déception : la Photo du jardin est non représentative car il a été coupé en 2 depuis , pour y mettre le grand jacuzzi. Il ne reste donc plus qu’une toute petite bande d’Herbe. Maison de ville mitoyenne avec les autres maisons du quartier (à savoir: une des terrasse des voisins donne directement sur le jacuzzi, mais ça ne nous a pas gêné plus que cela ).

Maison stylée et très bien équipée
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, comme à la maison! Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis et la maison et son jardin sont à la fois charmants et cosy. Le jacuzzi est magnifique et c’est définitivement un gros plus. Merci Gilles!

Nous reviendrons volontiers en famille ou entre amis. L’emplacement est calme et pratique. La maison est décorée avec goût,elle est chaleureuse, la literie est confortable et le jardin un véritable plus. Un séjour très agréable dans une maison proche de tout
La maison de Gilles est très bien située, au calme tout en étant proche de commerces excellents, du centre ville et des plages. Elle est spacieuse, très bien décorée avec goût et fonctionnelle.
