L’accueil et la souplesse de Patrick sont particulièrement au top. Nous avons réservé plutôt en last minute une semaine avec nos deux enfants, tout était conforme à l’annonce, je dirais même que la maison est mieux en vrai qu’en photo. Elle est très fonctionnelle, on a apprécié la piscine et les extérieurs. Et en bonus nous avons eu un gros panier de fruits et légumes qui nous a régalés !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison très bien équipée. La piscine était très appréciable en ce mois d'août caniculaire. Les visites autour de la maison sont nombreuses (grottes, châteaux, bastides, ...). Un grand merci à Patrick pour son accueil.

Séjour du 10 au 17 Aout 2024 Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette villa de plein pied, totalement conforme aux photos. Confort optimal et propreté sont au rendez-vous. Rien ne manque, tout est prevu. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux de Patrick et de son épouse, avec en prime, un très beau panier garni de fruits et de légumes bien frais. A noter également , leur grande disponibilité. Je recomande vivement ! Marlyse et JJ

Zeer tevreden over deze vakantielocatie

We werden ontvangen door de eigenaresse en haar zoon. Ze laten eerst het huis zien en leggen verschillende dingen uit. Je krijgt een grote mand met groenten en fruit uit hun eigen tuin. Het huis met 2 airco’s is erg ruim en heeft grote slaapkamers. De tafel en stoelen in de tuin achter het huis zijn ideaal voor eten in de schaduw. Voor het huis is nog een tafel met stoelen beschikbaar om lekker bij het zwembad te zitten. Er zijn diverse ligbedden en een lounge set. Met de drie beschikbare parasols kan je overal schaduw maken waar dat nodig is. Het zwembad is groot (ong. 5x10 meter) en de diepte loopt van 1 m naar 1,5 m. Het is een prima huis om een goede vakantie te hebben. Als je vragen hebt of als er iets stuk is, reageren ze heel snel en lossen ze het op. Het huis ligt in een rustige wijk en heeft veel privacy. We hebben er een hele goede vakantie gehad.

Je recommande vivement!

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé ! Tout y était : une grande piscine, des lits confortables, cuisine (très) fonctionnelle et bien équipée, un propriétaire super sympathique et à l'écoute. La localisation est très bien située, le quartier est calme et il y a toutes sortes de commerces à 5 min en voiture. A noter que les photos ne sont plus à 100% d'actualité et que c'est mieux maintenant : la piscine semble plus petite en photo, le salon de jardin est neuf, les pièces semblent plus petites et anciennes sur les photos mais pas réellement.

VACANCES A BIAS

Nous avons passés de très bonne vacances. Maison assez grande avec un beau séjour et la cuisine ouverte sur le salon permet que tout le monde puisse discuter ensemble. Emplacement très au clame, très grande piscine. 2 belles terrasses dont une qui permet de manger au frais le midi, le barbecue au gaz est très pratique mais un peu ancien. Le réfrigérateur intégré est un peu petit pour 8 personnes. Il y a bien la possibilté de brancher un 2e congélateur mais ce serait plus judicieux de prévoir un 2e réfrigérateur pour pouvoir stocker plus de boissons fraîches pour les enfants et les adultes. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et très beau panier garni en arrivant avec des légumes et des fruits de son jardin. Tout le monde a été ravis de ces 15 jours de vacances

Super vacances

Bel emplacement. Pratique pour les promenades à pieds ou à vélo (il y a quatre vélos mis à disposition) mais aussi pour les courses, à moins de 10minutes on trouve Auchan, Leclerc, Lidl, Aldi, etc... Un super plus, c'est la piscine, surtout en cette période très chaude. Et par dessus tout l'accueil des propriétaires. A consommer sans modération. Nous y reviendrons.

Excellent séjour au calme

Agréable maison avec belle piscine dans un quartier calme. Nombreuses Bastides et Beaux Villages dans les environs. Propriétaires très sympathiques qui nous ont mis à disposition un panier d'excellents fruits et légumes de leur jardin.

Super séjour dans le Lot!!!!

Tout d'abord merci aux propriétaires Cathy et Patrick pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Première chose à noter : nous avions la jouissance e la maison et de la piscine exclusivement. Pour nous c'était un critère important avec nos enfants de 12, 7 et 5 ans. Nous étions 3 adultes et 3 enfants, tout le monde en a bien profité. La maison est très fonctionnelle et possède tout le confort nécessaire. Le quartier est très calme. Son emplacement aussi est top car il y a tout ce qu'il faut à moins de 10 min en voiture (zone commerciale et plusieurs magasins alimentaires). Nous gardons l'adresse pour une future location c'est certain

Agréable maison

2 semaines dans la maison, toute la famille a apprécié la maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Bien équipée également pour faire de bons petits plats. Le propriétaire était très accueillant avec un joli panier de fruits et légumes. Et d'autres gentilles attentions... La piscine était en gros plus, surtout quand il faisait beau. Super vacances dans cette magnifique maison a proximité de tout

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété propre, fonctionnelle et très bien située. La piscine est parfaitement entretenue être de taille parfaite! Superbes vacances

Great home

Heerlijk huis met alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Het zwembad wordt iedere dag automatisch door een robot schoongemaakt. Wij waren er met twee gezinnen en het huis is groot genoeg om toch ook nog je eigen privacy te hebben.

séjour très agréable !

Durant 2 semaines, nous avons apprécié en famille (8 personnes dont un bébé), le confort de cette maison très bien équipée et orientée. Les différentes terrasses nous ont permis de jouer à cache cache avec le soleil durant cette période de canicule. La maison très fraîche est située dans un endroit très calme et silencieux. A 5 minutes de Villeneuve sur Lot, et de toutes commodités, nous avons également profité de la voie verte en vélo. J'allais oublier : les propriétaires charmants et prévenants nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié après 8h de route.

Une semaine inoubliable

Notre séjour du 21 au 28 juillet 2018. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Mr et Mme Rebonato, nous les remercions sincèrement de leur gentillesse. Leur villa avec piscine est à la hauteur du descriptif, un temps magnifique ou nous avons pu profiter pleinement des baignades. Merci également pour votre panier de légumes et de fruits.
