Nestled in a peaceful and verdant setting, this house in Bias, Landes, welcomes you for a relaxing stay between pine forests and the ocean. Ideally located just minutes from the magnificent Lespecier beach, one of the wildest and most unspoiled on the Landes coast, it offers the perfect setting for a vacation with family or friends.
The house features a bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, a television, and a dining area with a table and chairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, and a toaster. A laundry area with a washing machine is also available for added convenience.
Sleeping quarters, you'll find three inviting bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed. The bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, with a separate toilet. Outside, a covered terrace allows you to enjoy al fresco dining whatever the weather, equipped with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. The enclosed garden is ideal for children to play safely.
The house offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay: a functional space, complete amenities, and a prime location between bike paths, the national forest, and the ocean.
