Perfect for an overnight stay for the 5 of us. The apartment is much nicer than the photos and was very clean with comfortable beds.

Sehr unschöne Ferienwohnung , Nicht sauber , im Bad schimmelt die Decke , überall sind Deckenleisten defekt und hängen halb runter . Schmieriger Staub auf allen Lampen und sonstigen Gegenständen . Der Backofen ist extrem dreckig mit alten Pommes und Fett verschmutzt . Der Fernseher funktioniert nicht da die Satellitenschüssel defekt ist , dies würde uns aber anders erzählt und zwar das aufgrund der Witterung kein Empfang da wäre , man kann vom Balkon aber die sehr ledierte Satellitenschüssel sehen . Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen und dort sollte Mal jemand in die Kontrolle gehen das man so eine Unterkunft nicht auf einem seriösen Portal anbieten kann . Mfg Hannes Schwitay

Für Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend
Zuerst das positive die Unterkunft war für die Ortsverhältnisse sehr günstig und die Lage wunderschön. Jedoch wurde nicht ausreichend gereinigt (Es lag ein Plastikbecher auf dem Balkon und zwischen Dusche und Badschrank war es dreckig und es lag ein Haargummi dort). Die Einrichtung sah schon sehr gebraucht aus (an den Schränken war das Holz abgeplatzt und die Duschwand hatte ein Riss auf dem Notdürftig Klebeband klebte). Wenn man auf der Durchreise ist reicht die Unterkunft zum Schlafen aus. Für ein längeren Aufenthalt ungeeignet. Ein Fön zum Haare trocknen war nicht vorhanden.

Zweckmässige Unterkunft
Die Schlafzimmer waren sauber, die Betten etwas hart, die Kopfkissen bretthart. Das mangelhaft vorhandene Geschirr mussten wir erst aufwaschen. Fernsehen gab es nur auf italienisch. Bettwäsche und Handtücher hatten wir selbst mit. Die Wohnung war auch nicht, wie angekündigt, im Erdgeschoss, sondern in der 3. Etage. Aber es gab einen Fahrstuhl. Positiv: Parkplatz war inklusive.

Voor tussenstop prima
Wij hadden het grootste appartement. Voor 1 overnachting als tussenstop naar Italië hebben wij niet veel nodig, dus waren we tevreden. Het was oud, maar schoon. Geen Waterkoker, wel ijskast en diepvries. Omgeving erg leuke dingen te doen en lekker eten.

Alles gut
Wir haben einen Sommer-Kurzurlaub in Tirol gemacht. Dafür war die Wohnung perfekt. Es sollte, für Tiroler Verhältnisse, nicht zu teuer sein. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber wir (Mama, Zwillinge 8 Jahre und Sohn 10) brauchten auch nicht mehr Platz. Es war sauber, die gemüttlichen Betten hergerichtet und ausreichend Handtücher waren vorhanden. Weil der eine Zwilling pflegebedürftig ist und nachts Infusionen benötigt, die gekühlt sein müssen, hatte ich im Vorfeld den Vermieter gefragt, ob ich diese schon vor dem eigentlichen Check-In in den Kühlschrank legen dürfte. Auch das war überhaupt kein Problem. Letztlich durften wir mit all unserem Gepäck schon um 12 Uhr in die Wohnung. Es ist urig, nicht modern und es gab keine Müslischälchen, aber Tassen funktionieren ja auch. Selbst als das Wetter nicht mitspielte, haben wir uns mit Spielen die Zeit vertrieben und uns wohl gefühlt. Wer eine moderne, geräumige Luxuswohnung erwartet, ist hier falsch. Wer einen Urlaub machen möchte, um Zeit mit der Familie zu verbringen und die atemberaubende Natur zu genießen, ohne Luxus und Schnickschnack, der ist hier richtig. Biberwier bietet jede Menge Freizeitmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Das Auto haben wir vor Ort nicht gebraucht. Nächstes Jahr wollen wir wiederkommen.
