"The place was very nice great area .Close to park and places to eat. The staff was great the breakfast was served individually by a very nice young man the front desk workers were great.The only thing I would suggest up grading tv and tv mount plus more hooks to hang things in bathroom and inside room.One more things shelves in bathroom for towels and or toiletries,Would recommend to anyone going to Cuenca"

"Superb location, next to the biggest (for now) mall of Cuenca! By the end of May, accross the street will open the biggest mall, El Alto. "
