"The staff were amazing. Although the report is under renovations and our room type wasn’t available, they were more than accommodating and offered some refund plus late check out. Rooms were clean and comfortable, would stay again. Small take away on adjacent corner has excellent meals and also coffee at reasonable prives"

"Really enjoyed our stay. Easy street parking, close to the beach and shops (walking distance). The outside space was the highlight for us as it felt like we were in own rainforest inspired retreat and our toddler loved playing outside. "We booked this house to celebrate our wedding weekend with close friends/ family. The house is beautiful but we noticed a LOT of ants. It seems they were eating the wood as each day we’d have to clean up dirt and ants on patches on the floor, kitchen including the pantry and the downstairs bed. Two of the air conditioning units didn’t work causing the upstairs to be very muggy. I tried to communicate with the host company but after back and forth about whether I was using the correct remote I gave up. There was no response about the ants other than a brief apology.
Unfortunately the property only had sheer curtains on the windows meaning we were up at 4:30-5ish each morning due to the sunlight. My sister and her partner chose to leave a day early due to tiredness. We tried to get a refund for our last night but to no avail. We were exhausted and our toddler was a nightmare due to the early waking and difficulty napping in such a bright environment. Also BYO pillows unless you like large and hard bed pillows. I slept on a rolled up jumper! Such a shame given how stunning the house and yard are. Really central but private location too. "
