"They offer shuttle service from the airport but the driver just had such a terrible attitude. It took me 40 mins to get on the ride when it only takes 5mins to get to the hotel. He drove passed my 4 times, knowing he had a customer to pick up. And after I finally got on the shuttle he was very rude and blame me for having him come back multiple times. To me it’s a waste of 40mins and a terrible way to arrive. The management should really train their staff to be friendly and trying to help their customers, instead of how the driver behaved."

"Clean room, responsive staff, and great breakfast. One issue was that the air from the vent bounced off the wall and blew directly onto the bed, which was uncomfortable while sleeping. It would also be nice if slippers were provided. Additionally, the shower head spray was too wide, resulting in weak water pressure on the body."

"The hotel is technically new but there is a bad smell (cigarette) in the rooms and common areas. Moreover, the walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbor's TV all night as well as when they were flushing their toilet. It would probably be wise to have the elevators should probably be activated by room keys rather than giving access to anybody to the floors."

"Ken at the front desk is absolutely outstanding very helpful very pleasant very friendly. I didn’t have a fridge in my room and I’m diabetic. I needed to put my insulin and my drinks and within Minutes he arranged a fridge for me. The room is very clean. Breakfast was good. Coffee was great. I highly recommend this hotel"

"I’ve checked in on may 9 to may 10 I suppose to check in at 10pm I’ve got there around 10:30pm and I ended up checking in at 1am. the service is terrible and they don’t respect no customer or help. they supposed to help a customer when they’re is mistake on their reservation but they don’t care about you doing mistake they won’t help you fixing it, on may 9 the persons that was working on windows he has attitude issues when facing customer.
