- a bunk bed with two single beds,
- a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet,

- shared pool and tennis court accessible within the residence.

Free parking is available on the premises.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

- Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e
