About this property

250 Feet from the Ocean!

  • This property is only 15 minutes from Funtown/Splashtown USA, 20 minutes from Old Orchard Beach and 30 minutes from Portland, Maine. This peaceful location allows one to relax and enjoy sitting on a deck which overlooks the ocean only 250 feet away.
    Five bedrooms, 2 full baths, large living room, and full kitchen. The cottage is also equipped with an outdoor shower for cleaning off sand from a full day at the beach! Complete remodel completed June 25, 2022. Sunsets you only dream about!

    Please note, although we all love our furry friends, we cannot accommodate any pets at this property!
