  • Quintessential seasonal Maine beach house. Two bedrooms, antique furniture, lots of space. The boathouse is overlooking both the Pond and Sea - best of both worlds. This second floor apartment is the entire second floor with a balcony and exterior spiral staircase as an extra entrance point.
    Summer & Fall availability but please note these are seasonal rentals and do not have heat.
