Sunny Cottage

  • A newly renovated 700 sq ft cottage in a beloved farmhouse. The cottage sleeps 4 with a second-story bedroom including a king and queen bed and ensuite bathroom. In the living room, there is also a cozy twin daybed. Check-in is seamless with keyless entry and includes a washer and dryer, fire pit, two parking spaces, and one dog under 50 lbs welcome. Under 10 minutes from the interstate, UNE, Amtrak, some of the most beautiful beaches in Maine, and several fantastic restaurants and breweries.

The unit has a septic system, so please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
There is no smoking of any sort allowed in the cottage. Any indication of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
We allow dogs under 50 pounds ($100 fee). Reach out if your pet is over 50 pounds; we will consider a larger dog. Service animals always welcome.
