Located just a short 5 min (.25 mile) walk to Fortunes Rock Beach! This property is equipped with a beach cart, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and more! Situated on the shore of Etherington Pond with great views of the pond and Ocean. The back deck has a BBQ grill, large dining set, and additional seating. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There is also a large room with a pull out sofa.

Bedroom #1: King bed w/ primary en-suite bathroom
Bedroom #2: Queen bed
Bedroom #3: Bunk bed (full size on bottom, twin size on top, twin trundle)
Large flex room: Queen sleeper sofa
