"The hotel has no onsite front desk. Our room was a 1 bedroom ground floor suite. The unit is dated but in good condition and clean. Oddly it didn’t have hand soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Parking is underground and there is surface street parking. I called the hotel walkable and it is to a point. The beach is 5 minutes down the road whereas the downtown restaurant area is about 20 minutes away. If you’re using Google Maps and taking the shortest route carry a flashlight for the walk...

"The position of the property is amazing overlooking the port and the town of Llanes and the surrounding area is fantastic. The apartment is very nice but the equipment is very basic. The WiFi doesn’t work, there is no oven, there are not enough knives and forks and cups for 6 people, there is no sharp knife, the filter coffee machine does not work and the Italian coffee maker doesn’t work with an induction hob. The company who run the property replied once when informed of this and then...

All of the staff we came in to contact with were fantastic nothing was too much trouble for them they are exactly what hospitality is all about. "We believe this a family run hotel and restaurant. Neither of us speak Spanish or Basque but the welcome and help we had was superb. The hotel is in a convenient location. Our room was silent, comfortable and clean. We dined there in the evening, the restaurant has a good choice of reasonably priced items and wine was included with our menu. Breakfast was also plentiful. Perfect stopover or base to explore this beautiful srea."
