"It was a great space and the TVs were a great size. They were also very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only reason I'd give 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was a lot further from Big Bear Lake than I realized so it was a lot of driving and there were no dressers to put your clothes in. Otherwise, it was a great stay!"

"Showed up and couldn’t park in driveway due to snow or walk to front door due to snow. No shovel on property. Had to borrow one from neighbors. Hot in was cold and wouldn’t warm up. 2 microwaves and neither worked. "

"The kitchen isn’t suitable for cooking because most of the equipment is old. The utensils were dirty, and there were no extra trash bags provided. They should invest a little more in updating the equipment and improving the bedding, as the polyester sheets were very uncomfortable to sleep on."

"Reached out with staff regarding no towels on both bathrooms but it never arrived. We were told that their are towels in the bathrooms but told the stafd that bath towels are different from face towels (available in the bathrooms)"

We really appreciated the early check-in, which gave us extra time to settle in and enjoy our trip. The view from the master bedroom was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more special.
