Great Big Bear house

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving! Great house! It was as advertised on the listing.

Need to improve a lot !!

Arriving at the house was a little discouraging, we asked to check in early and they were very direct in saying no, for a family with a 3-month-old baby hours in the car is very exhausting, for the daily rate we found it very inconvenient to have utensils and old kitchen cabinets, coffee maker that didn't work, we called and they said they would replace it but no one ever showed up, lights that didn't work, garage with the automatic door broken, to use the barbecue you have to move it with all the weight of the garage for the outside balcony, and tables etc if you wanted to use them, the dirty garage, and the most inconvenient thing for us was having to collect our rubbish in our car and take it somewhere else. Before renting any residence for the season, I will certainly look at the comments first. It really is a hut, apart from these inconveniences we can spend time.

Not What We Expected

Kitchen was not well equipped at all, pots, pan and bowls dirty. Very small compared to picked shown online. Livingroom furniture very tiny. Note on back porch said, enjoy the new BBQ. We had to go look for BBQ and then had to pick it up and carry to backyard. Not easy with one man. Was disappointed!
