If the fireplace was used, the remaining ash must be collected and dumped in the ash can (placed in the front door).
There will be a minimum charge of $25 if any of the check-out items is ignored and resulting in extra cleaning efforts.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The host was quick to respond and very helpful. The house was well maintained and was located close to town. I would definitely stay here again, we had absolutely no issues.
