This cabin is nice and spacious while still being cozy and inviting. Perfect for small families and friends who wish to escape the city and enjoy a mountain getaway. Walking distance to Erwin Lake Park. Located just a short drive to all Big Bear activities including the lake, The Village, ski resorts, National Forest hiking trails, Snow Play, and more!

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 1,000+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, beautiful pellet stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. The first bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and balcony. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV with streaming apps, along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy pellet stove fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/ dryer.

Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
