Looking for that perfect quiet family vacation spot in Big Bear? Well, here it is. Located on a corner fully fenced level lot. Lots of updates with new flooring, paint, and furniture. Short drive to the ski resorts, the Village, and the lake. Close to National Forest hiking trails and Erwin Lake Park.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,000+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, bonus room, 1.5 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Bonus room has a daybed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, Quartz countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Air fryer, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Keep yourself warm by the cozy wood burning fireplaces. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

Peaceful
Away from the crowds, but still close enough to enjoy all the Big Bear activities. Great fenced yard for the dog or kids. Lovely cabin inside and out. Will go back again!!
