I am writing to provide feedback regarding our recent one-night stay at your property during an extended trip to Big Bear. Overall, we found the accommodation to be pleasant and conveniently located.
We had requested an early check-in, understanding that this is subject to availability. However, we observed that housekeeping staff appeared to be completing their work closer to 3:30 PM. Consequently, we received the access code around 3:52 PM, just eight minutes prior to the official 4:00 PM...

"Gold Mountain Manor is the perfect get-away location! Not far from town, but secluded enough to make you feel in a world of your own. The Manor is beautiful with cozy rooms and plenty of charm. The grounds are well-kept and relaxing. We enjoyed the pampering we received. The staff was great, meeting every need we had. Definitely planning to stay here again."
