Perfectly positioned near shops, restaurants, hiking trails, golf course, Bear Mountain Ski Resort, and the Big Bear Zoo.

    LIVING SPACE
    Spacious 1,400 sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. Plenty of comfortable seating makes this the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Two portable AC units are available to keep you cool during the summer months.

    Fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances:
