This is a cute, unique place, with a significant "retro" and a bit of a "swanky" vibe. Front desk staff were incredibly friendly. Bed was noisy with (possibly) a box spring. We basically only had the room for 1-night to sleep and get dressed the next morning and leave. So, it absolutely served it's purpose. Close enough to town that we easily walked. Depending on what we were doing, we would definitely consider staying again.

Room was adorable and clean, check in was quite timely but I get that they are trying to keep a laid back vibe, had we not been in a hurry to get to a wedding it wouldn’t have been a problem. I will definitely stay again on different circumstances so we can enjoy it more. IMO: lighting could be less yellow and dim.

The staff was very friendly. The room could use some updating as well as the mattress. We went on a warm (80’s) weekend and just know that the rooms do not have air conditioning. They did provide a fan which helped. Enjoyed playing Super Mario on the Nintendo 64! Overall I would stay there again.

Cute and comfortable nestled together with the beautiful mountain pine trees walking distance to the best fishing and e-bike destinations in Big Bear. This place is perfect for large groups and individual families as well. Each cabin has its own unique and distinctive features that make it easy to find and terrific for showcasing its rustic charm. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about everything Big Bear and their own personal experiences make it like every employee is a concierge.

I liked how it was a 70’s theme, I also loved that it was dog friendly, my dog enjoyed it. I did not like that the room didn’t have AC, staff did mention there was a ceiling fan and another fan definitely helped I wished it did have a AC unit or at least notified that there isn’t one.
