I loved everything about our stay. The location was perfect close to the village. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and open. We had a 4 BR suite, the space was incredible! So much room to move around that allowed privacy for each of us. Loved that each room had an en suite BR, TV, lots of space. The gourmet kitchen had everything we needed. This was truly a wonderful place to stay and plan to visit again!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The place is well maintained and the staff is fantastic. They have great amenities for the entire family. We definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a 5 star stay that is reasonably priced and near all the main attractions within the town. David the general manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of with all of our needs.

David at the Front Desk was great!!! The property is amazing! it is my 3rd time staying here. My family and I loved it! is like moving into a well mantain appartment! the 2 bedroom Suite with full kitchen is beautiful! The grounds are gorgeous! and the lobby is so pretty! Is like walking into a well mantained house, they offerd coffee and it was a fire place is so cozy! we love it! We will continued to come stay here everytime we come to Big Bear!

The property and the rooms were top notch! Beautifully decorated and clean. Our only problem was the elevator was not working, the stairs are all outdoors, it was raining and we were on the third floor.

Clean. Great amenities and staff. Our patio was incredible. Staff very responsive to our needs. Great having a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Downside was lots of moving going on in our building. Mattresses and furniture in the hallways. Lots of activity and workmen.

This place is extremely nice and in the perfect location right in the village. Spectacular huge condo style accommodations and everything was high end and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful and the property itself is beautiful. Definitely recommend!!!

The property and suite was amazing. A little luxury in the mountains. Everyone was very friendly. We were steps away from the heart of the village, making meals super convenient. The pool and hot tub were clean and kept at a great temp.

One of the best properties we stayed at during our 6 weeks touring the US. Property is gated and gives a sense of security. Reception staff were polite, friendly and provided a property map which was helpful. We loved that we got our own secure parking garage. Our accommodation was spacious, well cooled and spotless. The kitchen was impressive and they provided all necessary cooking utensils etc. My husband was particularly pleased to see we had a bathtub as well as a shower. Our balcony got the morning sun and overlooked the gardens. I would highly recommend this property which is also within walking distance of village shops and eateries.

The facility is beautiful. The condo had everything for a comfortable stay. Negatives were there was no extra toilet paper & Kleenex. No safety bars in the shower. The locks on the doors accidentally lock which could be a problem. The garage was a disaster. We had to go down to the office or call the office because the garage codes and clickers didn’t work. The light in the master BR stopped working so we had a light on all night. They did repair it the next day. I felt we should have a reduction in our payment for all the time we had to spend with the issues. All in all we loved the facility. So convenient to the Village. .

The property is beautiful. Always clean and well kept. The staff is top notch and always make us feel welcome. The kitchen is useful, could use a few more utensils and a cookie sheet, not just a pizza tray. Other than that, the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious and luxurious (for Big Bear) and it’s very quiet. The best part is once you park, everything is pretty much walking distance.
