This home is in an excellent location, with easy access to everything. The home was covered in cobwebs and tree pollen on the outside (driveway, patio, doors, windows, etc) and had cobwebs on the inside as well (obvious big cobwebs). The internet was fast, although it dropped multiple times. There is a boat trailer parked in the driveway that removes parking room from guests. There is no air conditioning, and even in June that meant the upstairs was hot! Opening windows, running fans barely got the temp manageable by 10pm. The downstairs was cooler, but A/C would have been nice. The beds were hard, the carpet dated, and the main living room smelled heavily of smoke, likely from someone using the fireplace with the flue closed. It was noticeably present each time we were in that room. There was a single dishwasher pack, so you could only run one load. There was a single laundry detergent pack, so you could only run one load. The toilet paper provided was about as cheap as could be. The kitchen was nice, the furniture was nice, the linens were nice, and the home is larger and we all had plenty of space. Please be aware that Big Bear City will not allow you to park on the street overnight. Nor is their trash removal service, so you have to remove your own trash to a designated spot in the city. # of vehicles is also limited to 3.
