This pet friendly property was off the main street, yet only minutes from fun and action. The single story home was roomy, clean and close to all. Our only regret was that we could not use the hot tub as it required service.

Everything was amazing with property, orher than since there is no central air. They didn't provide any fans, and all curtains were wide open, with with windows closed. We came from Vegas with 112 weather with our 12yr old senior dog, on her last trip. It was 93 in the cabin and only 84 outside. I called Big Bear Rentals, told them what was happening, with no circulation no fans, Danica said, l"et me call my team to see if we can get you fans." She never called back. I spent 90 on 2 standard fans, because it was a heat wave, and they were sold out of everything. I'll be honest, Alicia who works there was amazing. I did ask, since I spent an extra 90 on fans to bring som kind of circulation to the place, I'd leave them with receipts for the next guest. I just wanted to be refunded. Nobody called back again. We had to leave a day early, because it got up to 93 in the cabin, fans and windows open and had to place cold wet towels on our senior dog. Big Bear vacations did absolutely nothing to assist or help. We still left the fans. The customer service other than Alicia, horrible.
