The room didn’t have air conditioning. The hotel gave us a fan to try and keep the room cooled off. Our room was on the third floor. The staff was wonderful and they went out of their way to accommodate us. The location was great.

Room was clean and staff were nice. But the AC was broken and when we asked for any type of help like a fan, or a different room - we were told they can’t help with that. So we had to stay at 80-82 degree room. Opened the balcony but there was no breeze - room only cooled from 82 to 80. And because of the open balcony could hear people outside till 2 am. I just wish they at least had enough fans to offer in situations like that.
