We will definitely be staying here again. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They let us know about all of the fun things they had planned during our stay (free s’mores making kits, BBQ, music, etc). The room was clean and had everything we could possibly need. The free breakfast was incredibly! They had make your own waffle stations, eggs, sausage, juices, breads and bagels, fruit cups, etc. The location was great, super close to the village. 10/10!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The suite was incredibly spacious and perfect for families. It can comfortably accommodate six people with two queen beds and a sofa bed, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the generous complimentary snacks and drinks—it was such a nice touch and made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, this is an excellent choice for families looking for comfort, space, and great hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This hotel is perfect for families with young kids. They had s'mores every night which the kids looked forward to doing every night plus the outdoor space was really nice to lounge around at night. Breakfast was included every morning with something for everyone (waffles, eggs, potatoes, toast, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, milk, juices). Their indoor pool was clean and it was nice that we didn't have to sunscreen our kids. The gym felt clean and had all the items to get in a good workout. Location was great easy to get in and out and around. Definitely our go to place to stay while in Big Bear.
