Open floor plan featuring vaulted tongue and groove wood ceiling, wood/gas fireplace, and incredible woodwork. Walking distance to the ski slopes, lake, golf, zoo, restaurants, shops, and National Forest hiking trails.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1600+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fan, dining table, smart TV, stunning floor to ceiling river rock wood/gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, Pack n Play, and private bath with shower. Second bedroom has a double bed. Third bedroom has a day bed with trundle bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry area in the hallway with a side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Large back deck with patio furniture and a gas barbecue for grilling year-round.
PARKING - 2 car driveway, 1 car garage parking
