Guest Access:

Easy self check-in with a smart lock.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire 1-acre property to ensure a secluded and personal retreat. This includes:

The entire main house,

The bubbling hot tub on the back deck.

A propane fire pit for evening stories.

A gas BBQ grill for outdoor meals.

The spacious front deck with ample seating and scenic views.

Beautifully maintained grounds with lined paths and small bridges.

Open areas perfect for snow play during the winter months.

Access to the nearby lake.

The separate 2-bedroom guest house is optional: let us know after you book if you'd like it, and we'll add a flat $500 for the entire stay.



Other Things to Note:

The City of Big Bear Lake does not allow events at this home. It is to be used only as a vacation rental.

16 guests max. Extra children will be considered.

For your safety, there is one exterior camera facing the driveway. There are no other cameras, and none inside the home.

The optional guest house is added after booking for a flat $500 per stay.
