Do not book this property. The pictures shown are not at all what you will receive. When I pointed this out to the staff via email, they did not respond for 20 hours until they charged me another security deposit for another cabin (without authorization) which was also not at all what I thought I was originally booking. Everything was misrepresented and the check-in process showed ignorance and apathy.

There was a Foul oder coming from the bathroom, was drain in front of the sidewalk was overflowing so had a huge puddle in front of the door, 2 towels in the bathroom with Stains on them not even a wash cloth, tried to Email the contact and no response till sometime late at night did not see until the next morning, worst room I have ever Rented

AVOID BROKEN HEATER

Here’s a draft for your review:---Terrible Experience – Avoid This PlaceI had a truly awful experience at this property in Big Bear. The listing was completely misleading, and everything about the stay was a disaster.To start, the heater broke on one of the coldest nights. They sent a repairman who didn’t speak any English, and while it worked temporarily, it broke again within a few hours. My friend and I woke up freezing in 20-degree weather in the middle of the night.On top of that, the place was poorly managed. There were no towels when we arrived, and it took five hours for them to bring some. We couldn’t even take a shower until 9 p.m. A bathroom that smelled like a gas station bathroom and was disgusting to look at. The TV in the room couldn’t reach the outlet, and we had to go out and buy an extension cord just to use it. There were no extra blankets or pillows provided, which added to the discomfort.The noise was unbearable as well. Neighbors on both sides were incredibly loud and woke us up at 7 a.m.Overall, this was a nightmare of a stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere!
