Located in the highly desirable Gilner Point neighborhood, this home offers the perfect blend of lake house charm and cozy winter cabin comfort for year-round memories. Conveniently situated near lake access, the Village, ski slopes, and all that Big Bear has to offer.
LIVING & DINING
This spacious 1,360+ sq ft home features a comfortable living room with TV, ceiling fans, dining table, and a beautiful brick wood/gas fireplace. Plenty of comfortable seating makes this the perfect gathering space for relaxing with family and friends.

The recently upgraded kitchen includes everything you need for preparing meals during your stay:

OUTDOOR LIVING
Step outside to enjoy the newly installed hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or at the lake. The outdoor area also features a propane barbecue and picnic table, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing in the fresh mountain air. During the fall months, guests can enjoy seasonal apple picking from the property's 6–7 apple trees—feel free to pick and savor fresh fruit right from the yard.

- Parking available for up to 3 vehicles on a flat driveway. Two cars can park in the rear driveway, and one car can park in the front.
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
