"Our group of 6 chose to stay at Mark's place to be near the BBNP entrance, but that didn't work out quite right for us. Location is ~18 miles down a narrow, winding, lonely road off the main hwy. "Excellent location and hard to beat on price. The only quibble is the shower head needs to be swapped out, it's pretty much only allows just a dribble of water to come out. Probably just a hardware/sediment issue."

"My fiancee and I stayed here for several days. The walls are thin and you can hear the outside, but the a/c noise will counter the outside noise. If you are a light sleeper like me, I would recommend a noisemaker if not used to street sounds.
